The symbol
is a Tibetan letter pronounced 'AH' . It is a seed syllable used in countless
mantras and tantric Buddhist visulizations. Each trip with this letter indicates
that participants will have much exposure to various aspects of Tibetan Buddhist
culture while trekking and/or touring.
The other symbols
are
artistic renderings of light visions experienced by Dzogchen (Great
Perfection)
practitioners. All three of the symbols
are details from murals of the Lu Khang in Lhasa.
